I found this SUPER cute and easy-looking idea on Pinterest.
With a 3 month old and a 2 year old my time and patience is limited so I tried to make it as easy as possible!
Ingredients:
Fresh strawberries
Mini Brownies
Vanilla Icing
Directions:
Cut tops off strawberries
Place face down, point up in center of brownie
Pipe the icing around the base of strawberry and brownie meeting point and a dollop on top and Viola!
*You can put the icing in a Ziploc baggie, seal and cut a small hole in a corner to pipe. Kris bought me a cheap piping bag that came with like 5 heads. I used the one that looks like a flower and just went at it.
Then we used the leftovers to make Santa's "cookies"
The original Santa hat recipe came from here:http://www.ericasweettooth.com/2009/12/santa-hat-brownie-bites.html BUT I didn't read it until after I made it my own way (which seems to be much quicker). I guess its just a preference from white chocolate and vanilla icing (the only real difference).
